Adult team news


The match report for last week's senior ladies match is below, our ladies going from strength to strength.





Senior 2 Camogie

We played away to na Fianna with a score of 5-12 to 5 points. Great match and success from our camogie teams.

Both Ladies Football Minor teams had two very impressive wins in their last league matches on Monday 25th April.


The Minor A team had a well-deserved win over a very strong Ballinteer St Johns team.


Final score Skerries Harps 1-11 Ballinteer St Johns 1-04

Cliona Mullarkey 0-4

Mia Rice 0-2

Daisy Pereira 0-1


The Minor B team had a very convincing win over Ballyboden. Final score Ballyboden 2-07 Skerries Harps 8-08. The following girls scored for the Harps – Keela Fehily, Kim Rice, Ellen Gilmore, Daria Fingleton & Lily Tinkler

Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others match report Friday 29th April vs St.Colmcille's.


Friday brought the first Gaelic 4 Mothers &Others outing for 2022 and the very first match for many new players. In the spirit of 'GAA for Ma's' some skerries players happily volunteered to wear blue and yellow instead of blue and white, thank you!


A challenging but enjoyable game v St.Colmcilles swords with both teams looking forward to a return match over the summer. The next outing will be blitz day on May 14th in O'Dwyers.



Ball wall Open



We are delighted to announce that our new Skills Wall is now open to Club Members!

The facility will be open from early morning to 9 pm each evening and we ask members to take note that Team Training will take priority and allocated sessions will typically take place from 6-10 pm on weeknights.


The Club executive, Development Committee & Pitch/Facility Committee request that all those using this state of the art facility respect the rules as follows:


•Please wear appropriate footwear – No Blades/Steel – Moulded Studs only

•No unauthorized sports or activities

•Please clean footwear before use

•No Food allowed

•No chewing gum

•No Jewellery

•No Smoking

•No Dogs

•Please do not litter this facility


Most importantly Enjoy your time using the skills wall to develop your Hurling, Camogie & Football Skills!

The lads finally got to properly celebrate and boy did they...Well done guys and congrats again.



Make the trip to Parnell Park this Saturday to support Lyndsey & the Dubs as they take on Meath in the TG4 Leinster championship at 7pm.

Great opportunity to see some of the top women Gaelic football players in action and for kids to get the meet the Dubs after the game!

Great fun on our Solo run last Monday and was great to have it back for 2022. Thanks to all who participated and supported our fundraiser. Great memories. Enjoy our video, and see if you can spot yourself.

Great activity with the return of the Primary school league at Skerries Harps. Over 400 children registered, league runs every Monday up next Bank holiday Monday in June!

ZINGO Zingo result for Sunday 1st May: 1526347.

We had no winners of the jackpot but had a dividend winner Peter Ellis who wins €200. Congratulations Peter. Next week's jackpot a cool €4300.
