The Development Committee & Club Executive are delighted to share an update regarding our new player development gym. After a long process involving raising funds, planning and fit out the gym is now open. The gym is fully kitted out to the highest standard and is aimed at assisting our players from all codes to develop their strength and conditioning.

The equipment at the disposal of our players includes 3 multi function power racks, a leg press, full suite of loose weights and bars, kettlebells, dumbbells and slam balls, which cater for all individual requirements

The gym also has a cardio station, with bikes, rower, Ski ERG & TRX bands to allow for a full work out. The Gym will aid our players rehab in a safe way with a range of balance balls & resistance bands.

Currently team groups can access the GYM by booking a slot with our Adult Games Committee

Adult/Student Playing (Over 18) members can sign up for full GYM membership, which will provide access to the facility via a smart card from the end of February, allowing for our players to use for individual sessions also...
