Player Development GYM
The Development Committee & Club Executive are delighted to share an update regarding our new player development gym. After a long process involving raising funds, planning and fit out the gym is now open. Well done to all involved in this project and those committed to the ongoing development of our club & facilities.
The gym is fully kitted out to the highest standard and is aimed at assisting our players from all codes to develop their strength and conditioning.
The equipment at the disposal of our players includes 3 multi function power racks, a leg press, full suite of loose weights and bars, kettlebells, dumbbells and slam balls, which cater for all individual requirements
The gym also has a cardio station, with bikes, rower, Ski ERG & TRX bands to allow for a full work out. The Gym will aid our players rehab in a safe way with a range of balance balls & resistance bands.
Currently team groups can access the GYM by booking a slot with our Adult Games Committee
Adult/Student Playing (Over 18) members can sign up for full GYM membership, which will provide access to the facility via a smart card from the end of February, allowing for our players to use for individual sessions also... Skerries Harps Juvenile Academy Returned Sat 28th January
Great to see our Juvenile & Advanced Academy Return this morning, lots of new & familiar faces back for the 2023 season!!! There are handful of places still available for this term!

Well done to all involved in organising the long awaited return of the Gormanston Indoor Hurling/Camogie Tournament. It was fantastic to see our young members giving it their all and having so much fun.

County Representatives !
It was a proud day for the club to see 3 of our Senior Club players named on the Dublin Senior Football Panel for Round 1 of the Div 2 National League vs Kildare on Sat 28th January.
Congrats to Adam, Greg & Killian - and we have no doubt that their families, team mates and mentors who have supported them on their journey to date were bursting with pride.
We are looking forward to supporting you throughout the season lads!!!
