Members Weekly Update - Dec 16th

Open letter to all members from the GAA ahead of All-Ireland weekend

The GAA are encouraging everyone to embrace and enjoy the three All-Ireland finals in the coming weeks in a safe and sensible manner. Calling on all of those who support our games and our teams to follow the health guidelines practise social distancing and to exercise caution at all times while watching and indeed after the games.

All-Ireland senior ladies final – Sunday, 3:30pm, TG4.

Our own Lyndsey Davey will be starring in this weekend’s All-Ireland Senior ladies final.

This is the time when we have busloads of fans and juvenile teams heading to Croke Park to cheer on our club hero. We’ll find different ways this year to support and you can start right here by posting a good luck message:

We’ll also have a post on Facebook close to the big day where you can also send good wishes. So tune into TG4, post your picture on the website or on Facebook - we can’t be there but we’re supporting our star all the way from Skerries.

Best of Luck to our U20 Dublin Players

Best of luck to the Dublin 20’s in the all-Ireland football final on Saturday against Galway. Skerries Harps will be represented by 3 players.

Adam Fearon

Ciaran Murphy

Killian McGinnis

The 3 lads are members of our senior football team, and we wish them all the best.

The match will be shown live on TG4 on Saturday at 2:30pm. Be sure to tune in and cheer the lads on. Best of luck lads from all at Skerries Harps.
